Refund & Return Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns of any kind. If your item(s) does not meet your expectations, You can return it (at your own expense), and we will give you store credit in the same amount of your original purchase to purchase another item.
If you are unhappy with your item(s) and would like to go through the refund process for store credit, follow the following steps:
1. Contact us via our e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, or our Contact Us page on our site
2. Let us know that you are unhappy with your item(s). We will ask you why, (sizing, wrong color, wrong item, etc.) and ask for photo proof of the issue.
3. If your issue is confirmed, we will give you store credit in the amount of the unsatisfactory item(s), and you will be able to purchase another item, either in a different size or a different item entirely, as long as it is equal or lesser to the monetary value of your store credit.
If you would like to purchase something that is more expensive than the amount of your store credit, you can pay the difference at checkout.
